Commence license revocation proceedings for the following providers of basic local exchange service: Air Advantage, LLC; AirNorth Communications, Inc.; CMC Telecom, Inc.; Global Communications Network, Inc., f/k/a Castle Wire, Inc., f/k/a Business Communications Analysts, Inc.; Huron Mountain Communications Co.; IQ Telecom, Inc.; Lucre, Inc.; Michigan Access, Inc.; and Rockford Telephone Company, Inc. The order before you revokes the licenses of AirNorth Communications, Inc.; CMC Telecom, Inc.; Global Communications Network, Inc., f/k/a Castle Wire, Inc., f/k/a Business Communications Analysts, Inc.; IQ Telecom, Inc.; Lucre, Inc.; Michigan Access, Inc.; and Rockford Telephone Company, Inc.

Directs the telecom providers to intervene in the proceeding and to appear at a hearing before an administrative law judge

Document #26 - The license to provide basic local exchange service for CMC Telecom, Inc., is revoked.

Document # 25 - If CMC Telecom, Inc. desires to retain its license to provide basic local exchange service in Michigan shall intervene in Case No. U-16895 no later than November 4, 2011 and appear for ALJ Thomas Maier.
