Title

Directs the Commission Staff to convene an additional engagement session with interested persons to discuss proposed revisions to the financial incentives and penalties set forth in the revised straw proposal. The order also schedules a comment period on the proposed revisions to the straw proposal and other issues that will conclude on March 1, 2024. The order directs the Commission Staff to file a report of the workgroup’s investigations and findings in this docket by May 3, 2024
