Directs the Commission Staff to convene a workgroup to revise the Competitive Procurement Guidelines approved in the September 9, 2021 order in this docket and to file a revised draft of the Competitive Procurement Guidelines in this docket, and directs the Commission’s Executive Secretary to provide a copy of this order to all parties participating in the amended renewable energy plan and completed integrated resource plan dockets listed in this order
